Privacy Policy
Dream Commander builds and installs AI systems and custom CRMs for contractors. It's run by me, Bobby Persall, in Sherman, Texas. This page explains what happens to the information you send through dreamcommanderai.com. Short version: I use it to get back to you, and I don't sell it.
What I collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, your cell number, and, if you choose to add them, your email, your trade and company, and where your business is leaking.
- What you type into the chat assistant on this site, including any name or phone number you choose to share.
- Basic technical information your browser sends to any website, like your device type and the pages you visited.
How I use it
- To text or call you back with times for a call, and to talk through your business.
- To send a proposal or follow up on one, if you ask for it.
- To keep a record of our conversation and any work we do together.
Calls and text messages
When you send the form, you agree that Dream Commander may call or text you at the number you provided about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. I don't share your phone number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Who I share it with
I don't sell or rent your information. It's only shared with the services that run this website, its form and chat (such as the website host, Netlify, and the AI service that powers the chat assistant), and with anyone I'm required to share it with by law.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as I need it to work with you and keep records, then delete what I no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Call or text (903) 647-6243.
