Everybody promises to take care of you.
Harvey runs storm jobs across Texas and out of state. Every software company that came to him said the same thing: we’ll save you money, and we’re not like the other guy. Here’s how he tells it.
“I’ve been told by lots of people that they can help me with all kinds of things, from my website to my CRM… and it’s going to save you money and they’re going to take care of you. It’s not like the other guy. Well, let me tell you something. I’ve been through quite a few of these people.”

“I met Bobby and he told me the same things, but I’ve been knowing Bobby for a long time. So I was like, why don’t I let Bobby try?”

That’s the rent trap. You pay every month to look at your own jobs, the screens are built for everybody, and the day you leave you take whatever their export gives you.
Harvey is Bobby’s longtime friend and a paying client. His results are his own; yours may differ.
His own CRM, on his own hosting and his own bill.
Spartan’s system runs on Spartan’s accounts, built around how their office and crews already work. In Harvey’s words: “Anything you could think of, you just let him know and he’ll put it in there and it’ll operate the way you want.”
Tool log
Take a picture first, add the serial number, check it out to a person. You know where every tool is.
Inventory
The same idea for materials and supplies, kept with the jobs.
Job documents and e-sign
Paperwork lives with the job, and contracts get signed inside it.
GPS time clock
Shows who’s on the job and when they clock in and out, and sends an alert before someone goes over 40 hours.
Vehicle inspections
A checklist for each type of vehicle, filled out on the phone.
License tracking
State and city licenses in one list, with reminders before they expire.
Safety sign-offs
A “who has signed” list on the Safety page, so you can see who hasn’t.
Auto-tasks
When a job changes stage, the right person in the office gets a task automatically.
Team messages
Messages with tagging, so the right person sees it.
An AI call desk, a new website and marketing came next. That’s a separate $25,000 build, in delivery now.
The time clock, license and safety pages are tracking and reminders. They help you keep up. They don’t replace your own legal or payroll advice.
“Like on my tools, I had him make it where I take a picture of it and then it goes into the description of it, and you add the serial number and all that kind of stuff. It allows you to check it out to somebody. You know where everything is all the time.”

These two screens come from the CRM my own roofing company runs on, with demo data. They show the kind of screens I build. They are not Spartan’s data.
Leaving a big-name CRM with every record in hand.
On September 22, 2026, Spartan went live on its own database. Their history came with them.
They could fire me tomorrow and keep every record. The code, the data and the accounts are Spartan’s.

Four thousand a month, and more.
Spartan paid $5,000 for the CRM build, at the founding-client rate. Here’s what Harvey says about the difference.
“There was a setup fee… there’s a little bit up front, but I was spending four thousand plus a month on the software that I had, and it was doing not maybe even a half of what Bobby’s software does. And I’m saving a lot. I’m talking tens of thousands of dollars per year. So that’s just in the software.”
Harvey Lucier · Spartan Exteriors
“If you get into what it saves you by tracking your tools and knowing where your tools are… or like my time clock, because I was on the honor system. Now it’s tracking if my guys are on the job or not… I can see if someone’s going over the 40 hours and alerts me.”

Three days after he recorded the video, Harvey wrote this on his own Facebook page. Nobody asked him to.
“Bobby built me a CRM for my business. I was paying 4000 plus with another software company. He saved me more than half of that and the CRM is way better. Guys I have been in business for 20 years plus and never been this organized.”
Harvey Lucier · on Facebook, Oct 7, 2026
“While you are building it you have to keep going back and forth describing what you want it to do. This could be a nightmare if you pick the wrong person to work with. Bobby is great always responds always adds the stuff we request.”
Harvey Lucier · on Facebook, Oct 7, 2026
One of his crew added this under the post.
“I have only been part of the team for a short time and during this i have watched it evolve and just get better and better. I have used a lot of different CRM’s and this one is by far superior to any others I have used.”
Spartan team member · on Facebook, Oct 7, 2026
After the CRM, Spartan bought the next build: an AI call desk, a new website and marketing, a $25,000 project that’s in delivery now.

Who this is for, and who it’s not.
A good fit
- An established construction or roofing company with real jobs running and a crew in the field.
- You’re tired of renting software that does half of what you need.
- You want to own your records, so no vendor can hold your jobs hostage.
- You’ll tell me what’s wrong and use it once it’s fixed.
Not a fit
- You’re happy with your current CRM. Keep it. I mean that.
- You only need a contact list or a simple follow-up tool.
- You want software and don’t want to be involved in how it’s built.
- You’re looking for the cheapest option, not the one you own.
